"I am a runner and a cross fit guy. I recently had pain issues with my knee/hip. I was already working with Dr. Roe, who has her office at our gym, for mobility issues. I never thought of her as a running coach…but she recorded me running and found I was “tightrope running”. Not only did she fix my running form, with appropriate exercises, dry needling and manipulations my pain is gone and I am back to running. I feel so fortunate to have such a smart and capable therapist at our fingertips who can quickly diagnosis my many issues and prescribe the appropriate treatment plan."

"I would give 20 stars if I could! I started seeing Dr. Roe in July for a large herniated L5S1 disc that just was not getting better. I did 16 weeks of traditional PT. I really did not want surgery or an epidural and I had heard great things about BUILT so I reached out to them. I will forever be grateful to Dr. Roe. I have had 11 sessions and am so much stronger. I have my life back!"

"Beyond impressed. I came to Dr. Roe with ongoing back pain (about 4 months), thinking it was something I'd just have to live with. With her guidance, I'm now completely pain-free. She gave clear, easy-to-follow instructions and exercises for rehab, and they made all the difference. I went from side-stepping down the stairs to practically skipping down them!"

"As a middle-aged guy always chasing athletic goals, any injury could mean time away from the activities that bring meaning to my life. I've been working with Natalie for 3 months with the goal of bulletproofing my body. The change has been drastic, particularly in my feet, glutes, and mid/upper back. Anybody willing to put the work in will benefit greatly from her expertise."
