Ankle Pain That Won't Quit Is Holding You Back

Too many active adults and athletes push through ankle pain—or settle for treatment that only masks the problem. The longer you wait, the harder it gets to reclaim the performance and lifestyle you've worked for.

You're Losing Ground

Every week sidelined is fitness lost, performance regressed, and goals pushed further away. Rest alone rarely fixes the root cause — it just delays the setback.

You're Not Getting Answers

You've been seen, given a generic exercise sheet, and sent home. Nobody has explained why you're hurting or what's actually holding you back from training at full capacity.

You're One Flare-Up Away from Quitting

Recurring pain is demoralizing. If your current care plan isn't raising your capacity above where you were before the injury, you're just waiting for the next breakdown.

Getting Back on Your Feet Is a 3-Step Process

Step 1: Free 15-Minute Consult

Start with a no-obligation phone consultation. Tell Dr. Roe what's going on, ask your questions, and find out exactly how BUILT PT can help you reach your goals — before you ever book a session.

Step 2: Your Personalized Treatment Plan

At your first session, Dr. Roe conducts a comprehensive evaluation and explains her findings. Together, you'll build a collaborative, evidence-based plan tailored to your body, your sport, and your performance goals.

Step 3: Get Back to What You Love

Train alongside your rehab, not instead of it. With weekly exercises, direct access to Dr. Roe between appointments, and performance-focused programming, you return stronger — and stay that way.

"I would give 20 stars if I could! I started seeing Dr. Roe in July for a large herniated L5S1 disc that just was not getting better. I did 16 weeks of traditional PT. I really did not want surgery or an epidural and I had heard great things about BUILT so I reached out to them. I will forever be grateful to Dr. Roe. I have had 11 sessions and am so much stronger. I have my life back!"

"Beyond impressed. I came to Dr. Roe with ongoing back pain (about 4 months), thinking it was something I'd just have to live with. With her guidance, I'm now completely pain-free. She gave clear, easy-to-follow instructions and exercises for rehab, and they made all the difference. I went from side-stepping down the stairs to practically skipping down them!"

"As a middle-aged guy always chasing athletic goals, any injury could mean time away from the activities that bring meaning to my life. I've been working with Natalie for 3 months with the goal of bulletproofing my body. The change has been drastic, particularly in my feet, glutes, and mid/upper back. Anybody willing to put the work in will benefit greatly from her expertise."
